I must admit I downloaded the sample for this book and then took over a year to build up to read it. I liked the description of the book when I first downloaded the sample, but as I would read the description to determine if I wanted to read the book, it kept sounding weird. I finally decided to just read it and get it over with.

WOW!!! I am mad I waited so long to read it. I have to say that Keri Arthur is a very good author. This book managed to have a bit of everything. I was amazed at the action that was included in this book. Many times I read an action book and the writing is not as descriptive as it should be. However, with this book, I was able to picture the action so that it was like a little movie in my head! And the romance…WOW…it did not quite end up the way I was expecting in the end, but it definitely leaves the romance open for future books. But I have to say it was DEFINITELY HOT!! There is some mystery too that leads into the next book in the series. I love when they do this since it makes me want the next book in the series. I will definitely be reading it soon!

 All in all, this is a very well written book that pulled me in and kept me engrossed. I pulled a VERY late night reading it and then skipped most of my housework the next day to finish it! Definitely a great start to what seems to be a very action packed, hot and fun series!

I found Dannika Dark by doing searches through Amazon when I got my Kindle years ago. It was a bit different of a story than I usually read but figured I would try it. I have to say I am glad I did. I have read all books in this series and I have to say Gravity has been the best so far! It is gripping, emotional, and at times you want to jump up and down in your chair pumping your fist and screaming WHOOO HOOO!! At others you want to grab those tissues and ball your eyes out! There was not a moment in this book where I skipped through due to non ending detail or non gripping reading. She keeps you glued into the book at every page turn and you just don't want to put it down. This book answers a some questions from the previous 3 books in the series so be sure to read all the previous books first! Chemical Reaction is a book about a man and woman who work together to try to bring down a deadly drug and the people who want to distribute it. This book is not normally in a genre I would read but since it is based in Michigan I wanted to read it. I have to say I am glad I did. This book was definitely a good book. I loved the interaction with all the characters. And in all actuality, I preferred the interaction between the lead female character Madeline and the FBI team of her Fiance Joe. The banter between all of them and the humor they had was very fun to read. I also loved that this book was not a sex fest. I tend to read very sexual books even sometimes erotica and every now and then its nice to read something that is more centered on the action and the story than the characters getting it on. I started this book with high hopes that I would love it. I have to say I did not totally love it but it was a good book anyway. There were times when it was slow and others that it almost went too fast. I feel the author could have expanded some of the scenes especially the action type scenes. Just when you were getting to a good part, the author would rush through it and be on to more building of the characters or scene. With that being said it was still a good book I would have read whether I was asked to or not. I am not sure if I would reread it but it was still worth it to read it the first time. And I believe I will try reading the second one in the series. It did still leave me wanting to know what is going to happen next. I just wish it was a bit more balanced of a book.
